Data we receive

We only receive the data you voluntarily submit through our forms or contact channels, such as name, phone number, email address, and basic details about your inquiry or project. This information will be treated confidentially and used only to respond to and follow up on your request. Form data is stored in CUESA's customer management system (CRM), which only the staff handling requests can access, and is kept for as long as it is needed to follow up on the business relationship or until you request its deletion.

Use of information

The information submitted will be used only to respond to your inquiry, provide commercial follow-up, coordinate a call, or prepare a preliminary quote.

First-party site metrics

This site uses its own measurement system, managed by the digital agency in charge of the site, which records page views, clicks on contact buttons (WhatsApp, phone, and email), form submissions, and where the visit came from. It works without cookies and without persistent identifiers: it uses an irreversible technical identifier that rotates every 24 hours and does not store the IP address. While you only browse, this data is anonymous and used in aggregate to improve the site and measure results. If you submit a form, the visit and the actions you took on the site (for example, the pages you viewed and where the visit came from) may be linked to your request in CUESA's CRM, to follow up on it.

Third-party tools

This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and the Meta pixel to measure visits, understand campaign performance, and improve the site experience. Unlike our first-party metrics, these tools may use their own cookies or similar technologies, depending on the user's browser settings and each platform's configuration. Google Analytics 4 uses the IP address only to estimate an approximate location and does not log or store it. When you submit a form, your email address and phone number are shared with Google in encrypted (hashed) form to measure our campaign conversions. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes technical browser signals to tell people from bots and prevent spam. You can see how they handle data in their policies:

User rights

Under Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Their Personal Data, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to our contact email or through CUESA's official channels.
