At CUESA we handle the personal data you submit responsibly, and only to contact you, prepare quotes, and follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell it or use it for mass marketing. This site operates under Costa Rican legislation (Law N.° 8968).
1. Data we collect
Name, email, phone, and the project information you choose to share. We do not request sensitive data.
2. Third parties that process data
To operate the site we share data with service providers (EmailJS, Cloudflare Turnstile, Meta, and Google), who process it under confidentiality agreements for specific service purposes.
3. Your rights (ARCO)
You may access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your data by writing to mario@cuesaconstrucciones.com. You may also file a complaint with the Agency for the Protection of Data of Inhabitants (PRODHAB).
4. Security
Form connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and access to the data is restricted to authorized team members.
5. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will always be available at this URL with its update date.
