Cold rooms and refrigeration chambers: what we build

A cold room is a refrigeration chamber built to measure: insulated panels, floor, doors, drains, lighting and the electrical raceways the refrigeration equipment needs. CUESA builds that infrastructure with Kingspan insulated panels, for which it is an authorized distributor in Costa Rica, and coordinates the installation of the refrigeration system with the specialized supplier.

We build cold rooms for chilled and frozen storage, process chambers with sanitary finishes for the food industry, and refrigerated warehouses, both as new builds and inside operating plants.

How we quote a cold room

To give you a price we need four facts: the product to be stored, the working temperature, the approximate dimensions (length, width and height) and the location. With that we prepare a preliminary proposal within 24 hours.
